Property owners and social organizations that rent a property can soon receive an interest-free loan between €5,000 and €250,000. The scheme will be available before the summer of 2025 and you can apply for the loan. The loan can be used for insulation, energy-efficient lighting, improving ventilation and solar panels, for example. But also for installing charging points for electric cars. Social organizations that rent a space can use the loan for, for example, an induction hob, an energy-efficient refrigerator, heating pads and infrared panels.
