For the second time, the Hague Cultural Consultation (HCO) organized the Hague Culture Summit on Monday, February 23, 2026. The municipal elections were the focus of this culture summit, with the big question being: what are your political party’s priorities in implementing the cultural vision and what mandate will you give to the new council?
