The municipality of The Hague, in collaboration with representatives from the art scene and Stroom, has developed a profile for a new creative incubator for The Hague.

For the initial period, this role will be assigned to a local organization. The developed profile serves as the starting point. During this period, the implementation program for the new creative incubator policy will also be developed. The role of creative incubator will be fully implemented by mid-spring 2026.

Also good to know:

The 2025-2030 Breeding Ground Policy will be discussed by the Municipal Executive in September. It will then go to the City Council. As soon as the new policy is definitively approved, it will be shared in this newsletter.
