This evening we will share examples of codes of conduct and learn how to deal with tenants who display undesirable behavior/interactions. We will do this by discussing a practical case, among other things. Because having a code of conduct is one thing, acting as a board when something happens is sometimes (very) complex. That is why we are very happy that Freek Walther, from De Vertrouwenspersoon, will help us this evening and tell us how we can best act in situations involving undesirable behavior.
