Back in spring, we started discussing the possibility of building an internal platform for The Hague artists, creatives and initiates. Katarina Petrovic, on behalf of ICI-The Hague initiative and previous internal discussions, proposed to build an internal communications platform that would support all artists, creatives and initiatives in the city in their work.

The internal platform is different from the website which serves the purpose of communicating the developments in the city’s culture and initiatives to anyone interested. The internal server, on the other hand, would be a platform for sharing knowledge and information internally, a way for everyone to be in touch, a place to share advice, announcements, opportunities. The proposition is to build a Discord server with dedicated Cloud storage for sharing and linking various documents.

The community meeting, this Friday, October 18th at Trixie is to establish a working team, discuss the server proposal and think about the structure that would work best. The project is supported by Stroom Den Haag.
