On September 29, Buro Broedplaats, together with the Municipality of The Hague, is organizing the second meeting of the Creative Alliance hosted by the Royal Academy of Art (KABK).

The central theme is: How is the demand for affordable studios and workspaces for artists and creative makers in The Hague—including those just starting out—evolving when compared to experiences elsewhere? And what opportunities does this present for the various stakeholders involved to respond effectively? Speakers Edwin Jacobs (Director of KABK) and Sietske Knüppe (former Senior Relationship Manager for Arts & Culture at Triodos Bank and Executive Director of SLAK) will discuss this topic with each other and the participants. The session will be followed by a tour of the KABK and a networking reception.

The session is organized by Bram Heijkers on behalf of Stroom, the Association of The Hague Creative Hubs (Vereniging Haagse Broedplaatsen), and the Municipality of The Hague. f you would like to attend please register by filling out an rsvp form.
