Radio Tonka is a radio station that was founded in 1994. It has grown into an organization that makes daily programs on Den Haag FM that contribute to The Hague's alternative, experimental, innovative and underground-related art and culture. On a daily basis, more than 30 people provide radioshows with audio-related art and culture. Radio Tonka wants to be an important cross-media communication platform for the individuals, associations, institutions and companies in the region of The Hague that are involved in alternative culture. Radio Tonka communicates via radio (Den Haag FM), internet and various social media.
